The X Factor

There are instances of individuals born with an excellent Destiny (A good Bazi chart) but who did not live up to their potential until late in life. Alternatively, promising individuals are cut down in the prime of their life - hit as it were, by a serious spate of bad luck.

It is said sometimes, all a person needs is "a little luck". This could not be more true. Even in an optimum situation of highly favourable Man Luck, Earth Luck and Heaven Luck (in other words, a person who exerts effort, has good Feng Shui and is born to be great) will not succeed without LUCK!

Consider this examples: Colonel Sanders of KFC fame did not truly become a household name until he was in his 60s. Abraham Lincoln failed 3 times to be President of the United States, died in office but yet is often considered the greatest American President.

JFK, John Lennon and Bruce Lee are examples of individuals who probably has a superb Destiny but didn't have the Luck to carry out what Destiny had in store for them. The Chinese often talk of 'Ming Yun' or Destiny-Luck to indicate that these two are in fact ONE. It's not enough to be destined to succeed, you need a bit of luck too, to enjoy that success!
